This tile will change depending on the current status of your account.
"Collect my certificate" - This tile will show if you have not yet downloaded a Unipass certificate. Click here for a step-by-step guide on Unipass collection.
"Reissue my certificate"- You should only do this if your certificate has been lost or compromised. If you have a downloaded certificate and it is not working, please see our troubleshooting section here
"Renew my certificate" - This tile will show if your certificate is due to expire in the next 30 days. Please click the tile, then follow these steps to download your new certificate.
"Request a certificate" - This tile will show if your collection period has lapsed, please click the tile and you will receive an email when your new certificate is ready for collection.
