Unipass Transfer Tracking is a new service from Origo that is currently in its Beta stage.
This service allows Advisers to conduct a real-time search on transfers that are being processed through
the Origo Transfer Service.
The aim of this service is to make the transfer process more transparent for Advisers, providing you with:
• Real Time Updates: Stay informed with your client’s pension transfer progress from one stage to the next. No more waiting for manual updates or chasing providers - the information you need is just a click away.
• Enhanced Transparency: View detailed timelines of your client's transfer (including estimated completion date), so you and your clients are always in the loop. You’ll know exactly where the transfer stands, whether it’s pending, in progress or complete.
• Reduced Delays & Errors: With Transfer Tracking, you can spot potential delays early, reducing the risk of transfer errors and helping ensure a smooth, timely process for your clients
Currently the service is limited to pension cash and annuity transfers and is only available to FCA
authorised Unipass registered Advisers.
